1 Stars Horrendous chemical smell
BEWARE. This is a great price and a big bag but it has a horrible chemical smell that does not leave. I am on day three of having the bag and I cannot keep it in the house. We draw straws to see who has to go out to the garage. We have company for Thanksgiving and I was trying to find a home sitter for this bag so our company would not think we had a body in the garage. I still have it because I am waiting for instructions to send it back.

4 Stars Cargo Gear Bag
First off, let me start by saying that this is an awesome bag! You get A LOT of value for the price that they charge you for it. Some of the PLUS’s are that it is plenty big for all of your gear, including paintball case, it has several storage pockets for miscellaneous gear, and comes with shoulder straps to make it easier to lug around. Now, there are a couple DOWNSIDES to this bag as well. One, the bags STINKS like it came out of a chemical plant! It has a weird rubbery stench like it was made very cheaply, but the longer I have had it the more the smell has worn off. Just hope the fumes coming off this bag don’t give me some weird illness down the road, lol. Secondly, the bag requires some upgrades to make it function properly. When the bag was sent to me, the bottom of it was very flimsy and weak, so I cut out a cardboard rectangle to put in the bottom and it works great now. So you will need to do that. Also, some of the straps are a little weak on the threading and there is some loose threads on the velcro and such, but I just stapled that together or you could sew it more securely yourself. All in all, like I said before I think this is a great bag for the price! Unless you are some crazy good paintballer with a lot of money buy this bag. It’s plenty big and you can’t beat the value you get for the price you pay. Just make sure you invest in some cardboard and a air freshener for this bad boy!

It is a very good size and over all will fit anything in it. The down side is it smells like hell and before you put your gear in and smell the same as the bag for weeks try and air it out. This is disappointing because I had a tourny and was unable to use it due to the smell….(plastic chemicals or something)

Positives: For the price, this will take care of all your gear toting needs. I can fit both my guns, mask, pods, pod belt, air tank, hopper, barrels, extra clothes, and spare tools. And I still have room to spare to carry other people’s items or a case of paint. Especially at this price its a no brainer.

Negatives: Its not the highest of quality in materials and stitching but shouldn’t be too bad if you’re not crazy rough with it. And like the others, the smell concerned me too. Its like a super concentrated “new car” smell (which by the way has been linked to possibly being cancer causing). Though new car smell has some science to back up the negative consequences, I don’t think scientists have actually tested this bag =) but still be warned. I would air it out. Its been sitting on my patio for two days now and the smell is still there but considerably less.

This bag is big. I have put 5 markers, 5 masks, and two cases of paint in here. It hold up great. People mention that there is a smell to it i must be the lucky one because i dont have a horrendous smell to my bag. GET IT AND ENJOY.

Very useful item! Protector is easily adjustable with velco. Protective enough without being too hot. Would not be good for a tall person, but just right in length for a pre-teen or teen. Get protected!

5 Stars Good Vest for the price
I purchased a few of these for a Father/Son paintball match July 4th. I just wanted an inexpensive outfit we could wear to look great. The vest fit right and were comfortable to wear. We had to forfeit the match when we found that paintballs were bouncing off the vest instead of breaking. We took them off and shot at close range and none of them ever stained the vest. Great product if you are into cheating.

PROS:

This chest protector is well constructed of strong materials and light weight.Good price.

CONS:

Way too short, i’m only 5′5″ and its even too short on me, could be 3 or 4 inches longer to protect your lower back and stomach.

5 Stars Vintage paratrooper fatigues
The product I purchased was a pair of Camouflage cargo pants. The pants were exactly what I was looking for and I am happy that I bought them. I got them in the mail much faster than I expected. All in all if I ever need another pair I would definitely buy them again.

5 Stars I could live in these.
These are great pants. The material is nice and soft and also quite cool. I purchased the tiger stripe fabric which was used in the Vietnam War. And king me on this one: They still work ’cause I’m living in Saigon and no one can see my legs!

4 Stars Sizing out of specs!!
Hi, the Pants are good in quality, they have a washout look, colors are not 100% vivid, they are like those pants that you have washed for several times and that the colors start to whiten.

The reason I gave 4 stars its because sizing is very bad. I normally wear jeans with size 34 (i dont know if this is inches or what, its the size that you find in any jeans on the waist, 34) and they didnt fit me, very tight.

So please consider this so u have no surprises.

1 Stars Too small and short
These were awful. They looked nothing like advertised, (more like khakis or something with flat pockets.) The person I ordered it for is a 38 and he couldn’t even get them on, added that they were waaay too short. He said they were kids’ pants. He’s 6′1″, also, if that helps. I ordered a Large which was said to be big enough, but they weren’t. ): Disappointing.

4 Stars it does the job on the cheap
This is the first mask that Ive owned, and I’m glad. I have borrowed more expensive mask from friends, and this one is just as good with out spending all the money. I also purchased the fan, but regret it. A little anti-fog spray will do the job. I had the fan in, but between the lenses and the spray I never had to turn it on.

It is not anti fog lens despite the title nut they do provide a decent amount of resistance and the plastic covering the face is reasonably solid. My biggest gripe outside the lens is the lack of a top but all in all the headpiece is reasonably decent and very protective. I would recommend this mask despite the lack of an anti fog lens

3 Stars Good Mask, but cheap visor
this is a really good mask for the money, it allows me to wear my glasses just fine and has never fogged despite me playing outdoors in the summer and it only being a single pane lens, however on my second time out with it i took a couple of hits to the side of my visor and the peg that connects it to my mask broke off completely and theres no place that i can find to buy a replacement

5 Stars Awesome Facemask
These paintball goggles are great. The price for the quality is probably unmatched, though I haven’t been into this sport very long. I purchased my first marker a couple of weeks ago, via a package deal that included a variety of gear. The weakest link in the bundle was the mask so I started searching for something decent and inexpensive, and after receiving these, I cannot be happier. I haven’t played with them yet, but if they play like they feel, there will be no problems. They look awesome, they fit perfectly (so far anyway), the materials are quality. Perfect.

3 Stars Hmmmmmmm…
The red dot is good. It just doesn’t adjust to rails well. Its really small and it doesn’t look really cool on the gun. Its hard to adjust and its a pain to put on. If you want a dot sight spend a couple more bucks on a better one.

3 Stars Decent but that’s about it….
For the price, you really can’t go wrong but it is pretty cheaply made and I can easily say it won’t make it long as a paintball accessory. Probably fine for basic target practice with air soft but for paintball, you can do better.

I bought this sight for my air pistol. It works well for the job. The only problem Ihave with it is that it’s a bit hard to zero without notches or any regular indications on the windage and drop adjustment knobs. The red dot is easy to see and works well. The on/off switch is a bit long making it easy to accidentally turn on. Overall this PAINTBALL red dot sight works well for most applications.

3 Stars Not good for astronomy
I bought this to use as a sight for big binoculars, I guess I didn’t do enough research. There are 3 main problems. The dot is not sharp and clean. No solution. The viewing glass is tinted, so it is hard to see bright stars and impossible to see dim stars. Solution: I removed the lense and put a piece of plastic in. The dot is too bright. Solution: I put some film in front of the diode. It will work for me now. I would rather have returned it, but high shipping and restocking fees discouraged that.

save yourself the money, the cheap price makes it tempting to buy but you’ll be disappointed when you realize this red dot sight can do nothing for you. it’s control knobs are 2 plastic screws that wind the scope up and down, left and right and they are too soft to hold in place. the ring that holds the reticle in place fell off when I pulled the scope out of the envelope. the laser is projected from that small cubic thing that sits on the top towards the back of the sight. the way the adjustments are made is that thing stays in place and the reticle is moved by the screws tilting the rest of the sight. This is a poor design and the thing moves. All in all I’d say if you do buy this, dont take it seriously because you’ll find it to be useless. It’s not one of those things that works but isn’t as good as something else, it’s actually one of those thigns that simply will not work

1 Stars Stopped working
From now on I will stick with the cheapo gas station lighter. I thought buying a zippo I would be buying a rugged lighter for life but my zippo stopped working all together. Replaced the flint, filled with fluid, I even replaced the wick as a last resort to try and revive the thing, but it still wont light. Such a simple design but something isn’t working. Not worth it because it doesn’t work!

2 Stars Not so good after a while
I’d read consistently good things about Zippo lighters and wanted a no-frills lighter I could take on camping trips. The lighter arrived promptly and I filled it up with lighter fluid. It worked great, with a strong flame on the first click of the flint. But… a few weeks later, it didn’t work on an overnight camping trip. All the lighter fluid had evaporated from the storage compartment, despite the fact the lighter had been sealed in a ziplock container and not subjected to extremes of temperature. A few weeks earlier I’d filled it to capacity; now it was useless. So I can’t really give this product high marks for the use I intended it. If all you need is a household lighter and you have plenty of fluid on hand for refills, then it’s OK. Otherwise, it is a lighter that doesn’t provide light and that’s pretty useless. Fortunately for my camping trip I had some REI storm matches that worked flawlessly. As far as fluid lighters are concerned, I think I’ll stick to cheap disposable sealed units from now on.

2 Stars It kinda works
I got this because I am a fidget, I need something to do with my hands. So thinking this was more safe than a balisong so I got one. But after about 15 minutes of flipping the hinge broke and would not close properly.

This might make a good lighter (I did not even fill it) but for flipping I think it is overrated.

I returned it and now I am happy.

5 Stars Wish it were the Carbon V…
None the less it sharpens nicely, and holds a good edge, more than one can say for 99.999999999999% of the knives out there. You can get high dollar knives that will not sharpen well. I used to work as an instructor in a class where we needed to keep knives very sharp, so I have a lot of experience sharpening knives. This thing is going to sit on a shelf in my house and likely never be used for more than opening a box or such anyway, but it was a gift and it is a very good knife! My youngest son also has one and punishes his, it has held up exceptionally well to his abuse.

I found this knife to be of very nice quality. I agree I would like a metal blade guard and pommel but that is my only complaint.

Older Recon Tanto was made from Carbon V and had black epoxy powder coat finish(like dark flat matte finsihed)….Amazon Description is WRONG,it clear said blade is made from CARBON V..but this is AUS8A Newer/Cheaper blade type……….anyway…Amazon price is probably cheapest on internet.but beware this is newer AUS8A blade…

5 Stars Cold Steel Recon Tanto
I just got this knife in the mail. Arrived as mentioned, the packing was safe and reliable, and insulated (not that the knife needs it) as well. I ordered the knife despite some of the bad reviews on Amazon about recon tanto not being a carbon V blade, but I also performed out side research about this knife. I have no regrets about the knife, just looking at the silver line of the sharpen blade makes you feel that you have gotten cut (as I had previously read on one of the review) the blade is well balanced, and has a good weight to it.

The sheath needs a little work, but overall design is great if you are making a survival kit, you can easily attach the pouch to the sheath.

As I mentioned that I just got this knife, so have not yet placed it in use. I will let you know how this beauty performs in wild and holds up to abuse.

Ive wanted one of these for years. When i found it on amazon for less than 64.00 i added it to shopping cart . I have bought cold steel knives for years. bowies , fighters , both fixed and folding knives.

My list is Trailmaster , Recon Scout ,Tri-Lite 6″, Xl-Voyger, Larado Bowie , Sparton, and now the Recon Tanto . No long winded review here, these knives are the best in production knives i have ever owned. Most of all, they do what cold steel says they will do! But for best prices on there products, shop around. If you by from Cold Steel directly, like i did for several of the knives ive mentioned, it will be far more expensive. These knives are SHARP, TOUGH, TOOLS!The bowie knives are a must for campers who like to build camp fires and shelters.I gave the recon tanto 4 stars ONLY because its not the carbon 5 as descrbed, however, i still have complete faith in aus-8a steel.IM glad i bought when i did! They cost 25.00 more now. I cant see anybody that knows knives not being a satisfied owner of one of these knives even if bought at full retail! These knives put other popular brand name knives to shame in toughness and edge holding ability.

in the video i used 1 entire roll with nothing left, so use the video to decide if you need more than what i used, it was just coincidence that 1 roll was perfect for me.

This product arrived and performed exactly as expected. It sticks and wraps great, but only to itself. It is completely reuseable and leaves no sticky residue after it is removed. I used it on my paintball gun, and it worked out great. It took me about 1 and 1/2 rolls to do the entire gun, barrel, and hopper. It’s definately worth the money!

5 Stars GREAT for playing ’special forces’
Our boys are into military themed play, special forces and spy gadgets. We’ve got a jillion (or so it seems) Nerf guns and some of their friends come over to have Nerf Wars and run around playing & hiding. Our 9yr old has been begging for a ‘gilly suit’ that he saw one history channel show…although he didn’t get a gilly suit, he did receive 1 roll of this McNett Camo Form Army Digital Self-Cling Camoflauge Wrap. It works exactly like an Ace Bandage except that it has a digital camo print on it. He immediately grabbed one of his favorite nerf guns and wrapped it up and has been begging for more ever since! Works great, price was great, vendor shipped it immediately! Can’t vouch for it’s work on a real ‘field’ but it works fine for us.
